Yep, this isn't a thread to completely bag customization - infact I think it's good. However, is there really any harm in customizing items to the player's account, instead of the character?

And I'm not saying ALL item's, basically I'm excluding weapons, because that actually makes sense.

Up to now I've never really cared, but the last couple of days my friends have been after a Black Moa Chick, and since the Incubator is customized to the CHARACTER (WTF? Doesn't make sense to me how a box could be customized like that, unless my character decided to paint pretty pictures of him and his girlfriend onto it. Which he didn't.). Really now, what is the problem with customizing something like that to the account? Is it to be annoying and make you go ALLL the way from the beginning of Cantha to Gyala Hatchery Explorable to find the collector (Yes, I have to do that.), when one of my characters can already get there?

So yes, the same applies for minipets in HoM, although I'm not particularly fussed about that (And everyone seemed to quiet down about it, it might have been changed :S) other people seemed to be.

All in all - It's that the character I want the Chicken on (Hey, while we're at it, why is the Chick customized to the character too? :P) hasn't even begun Cantha yet. All my friend's have almost gathered everything needed, and I'm left in the rain. and I'm probably not the only person, either.

BTW - I did a search for threads like this, and nothing turned up. So if there is - mehs.

There's one much more important thing that actually needs to be made customized for the account: the tournament rewards "red items". Otherwise they basically require people to have permanent PvP characters or they can't keep their rewards. Impossible when you have 1 or 2 slots with constantly rerolled PvP chars for long years...

But First the very technology of customizing to account must be implemented, then stuff like HoM minipets or tournement reward items should be fixed this way.

I agree, and I didn't even know there we're Red items. Haha. Spot the noobcake.
